SHIPPING
- Orders of bioreactors will be shipped the same day or within 24 hours after the payment is received.
- Orders of LED products will be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer within seven to ten days. Estimated shipping time is one week.
- If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it for a refund or exchange.
- Items returned within 15 days from the purchase date will be eligible for refund. Items returned after 15 days from the purchase date will be eligible for store credits. The shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We do charge a restocking fee that is equivalent to 20% of the original sale price for all returns.
- If any item proves to be defective in materials or workmanship, we offer our customers an exchange. For exchange, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
- All return and exchange items must be in original conditions and the original package with the original receipt. We are not responsible for items that were damaged or lost by the shipping company.
We and the manufacturer of LED products offer one-year limited warranty on bioreactors and LED products, respectively, that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or normal wear and tear.
